Who can resist a reflection? Whenever I’m shooting an interior, I can’t help but check out the room’s reflection, whether in a mirror or in a highly polished surface. Designers use mirrors to add space and light to a room, so there’s no reason a photographer shouldn’t make the most of them too. Although of course it can get awkward when whole walls are mirrored. Sometimes there’s just no hiding the camera, and sometimes it means hours at the computer afterwards, removing it.
