Christmas started around the August bank holiday this year, when I shot an elegant Kensington home with interiors by Overbury Interiors, for Homes & Gardens. The delivery of the spectacular garland over the fireplace, and a wreath for the front door, both from Maison de Fleurs, must have attracted a few strange looks on that warm summer’s day.
More recently I shot a wonderful project for TLA Studio, which was not meant to be a Christmas shoot, but a tree had snuck in earlier than expected, so we just had to go along with it. Rather than a reindeer, we made do with the owners very well behaved Boston Terrier.
And I’ve already managed to get one shoot in the bag for next Christmas, but I’m afraid you can’t see that one until next November!
