Most of my shoots are simply about recording existing interiors as I find them. While there is always some tweaking to be done to a space, either by the designer, an art director, or myself, the space and the things within are permanent. So it’s always interesting to work with a prop stylist on something that didn’t exist just a few minutes before the image was framed and the shutter pressed. Will Taylor, is one such stylist I really enjoy working with. He manages to conjure something from nothing, and is meticulous over every detail, making my job quite straightforward.
