This building on a garden square in West London, would no doubt at one time have perfectly suited the rôle of 165 Eaton Place in the famous TV drama. However, this particular house was converted some years ago, into smart apartments upstairs, while downstairs, the ground floor and basement became the offices of the developer who carried out the conversion. Just recently, the office moved to new premises, allowing the two lower floors to be converted into an impressive 3 bedroom duplex, complete with 3 exterior courtyard spaces.
